Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands in Europe and from Seattle in the US, but because we hold little inventory, time to delivery is around three weeks for standard items. 

We offer free shipping on all orders above €150 or US$175.

All applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges are included in the price. Our detailed shipping policy can be found here.

Refunds 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For personalized or custom-made items we will return 50% of the cost.
