We carefully package and ship all orders with great care and attention.

In-Stock Items

Items that are currently in stock are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items

Items that are temporarily out of stock will first be supplied to our nearest fulfillment center, which means 7 to 10 business days of preparation time before the order will be officially dispatched, upon which you will receive your notice.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are made specifically for a customer after an order has been placed. Delivery times for these items depend on the product, customization requirements, and production schedule. Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.

Shipping & Communication

Amberra remains your sole point of contact throughout the process. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order and provide tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

Estimated shipping and delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on destination and product availability.

Customs & Import Duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are fully handled by Amberra. Customers will only pay the product and shipping costs shown during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@amberra.nl, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and carefully.
